1. What services do you offer?  

We specialize in bridal hair and makeup services, including trials, wedding day hair and makeup, and touch-up services. We also offer services for bridesmaids, mothers of the bride/groom, and other wedding party members.  

2. How do I book your services?  

To book our services, please fill out the contact form on our website or email us directly at info@jaehillbeauty.com We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date.  

 

3. Is there a travel fee?  

Yes, a travel fee applies for locations outside of a 20-mile radius from our studio. We will service cities like Manor, Pflugerville, Austin, Cedar Park, Hutto and many other surrounding areas. The fee varies based on distance and will be included in your initial quote.  

 

4. What type of payment do you accept?  

We accept major credit & debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks. Cash can only be used for tipping  

 

5. Is a deposit required?  

Yes, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. The deposit is applied toward your final balance.  

6. When is the final payment due?  

The final payment is due 14 days prior to the wedding day. An invoice will be sent to you with all the details.  

 

7. Do you charge an early arrival fee?  

Yes, there is an early arrival fee for services starting before 7:00 AM. The fee is $50 per hour for early start times.  

 

8. Do you offer hair and makeup trials?  

Yes, we highly recommend scheduling a trial to ensure your desired look. Trials are conducted at our studio and are charged separately from the wedding day services unless you book one of our packages. 

  

9. What should I bring to the trial?  

Please bring any inspiration photos, your veil or hair accessories, and photos of your dress. This helps us create a cohesive look for your big day.  

 

10. Can you accommodate large bridal parties?  

Yes, we have a team of talented artists who can accommodate large bridal parties. We will work with you to create a schedule that ensures everyone is ready on time.  

 

11. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking? Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the wedding date and the retainer is non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability.  

 

12. Do you offer touch-up services?  

Yes, we offer touch-up services for an additional fee. This includes staying through the ceremony and photos to ensure you look perfect all day.  

 

13. Do you use hypoallergenic or cruelty-free products?  

Yes, we prioritize using hypoallergenic and cruelty-free products to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients.  

 

14. How do you stay updated with the latest trends?  

Our team regularly attends industry workshops, participates in professional training, and follows top beauty influencers to stay current with the latest trends and techniques.
