Frequently Asked Questions

1. What services do you offer?  

We specialize in bridal hair and makeup services, including trials, wedding day hair and makeup, and touch-up services. We also offer services for bridesmaids, mothers of the bride/groom, and other wedding party members.  

2. How do I book your services?  

To book our services, please fill out the contact form on our website or email us directly at info@jaehillbeauty.com We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date.  

 

3. Is there a travel fee?  

Nope! There is no travel fee unless your location is more than 50 miles outside of my service radius. $1.00 per mile will apply. The fee varies based on distance and will be included in your initial quote.  

 

4. What type of payment do you accept?  

We accept major credit, debit cards, and Zelle. Special Discounts apply using Zelle. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks. Cash can only be used for tipping  

 

5. Is a deposit required?  

Yes, a non-refundable retainer of 30% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. The retainer is applied toward your final balance.  

6. When is the final payment due?  

The final payment is due 14 days prior to the wedding day. An invoice will be sent to you with all the details. Any payments after due dates will incur a  late fee 

 

7. Do you charge an early arrival fee?  

Nope! I don’t charge an early arrival fee—being there on time and ready is part of what you’re hiring me for. 

 

8. Do you offer hair and makeup trials?  

Yes, we highly recommend scheduling a trial to ensure your desired look. Trials are conducted at our studio and are charged separately from the wedding day services unless you book one of our packages. 

  

9. What should I bring to the trial?  

Please bring any inspiration photos, your veil or hair accessories, and photos of your dress. Wearing a white or light top or dress; this helps us create a cohesive look for your big day.  

 

10. Can you accommodate large bridal parties?  

Yes, we have a team of talented artists who can accommodate large bridal parties. We will work with you to create a schedule that ensures everyone is ready on time.  

 

11. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

Because wedding dates are reserved far in advance and often require turning away other bookings, wedding services cannot be canceled once booked.

If you need to reschedule a non-wedding service, I’m happy to try to accommodate when possible. Reschedules are subject to availability and handled on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.

12. Do you offer touch-up services?  

Absolutely. Touch-ups are included at every wedding after everyone is finished. If you need us to stay on site for ongoing touch-ups throughout the day, that can be added for an additional fee.  

 

13. Do you use hypoallergenic or cruelty-free products?  

Yes, we prioritize using hypoallergenic and cruelty-free products to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients.  

 

14. How do you stay updated with the latest trends?  

Our team regularly attends industry workshops, participates in professional training, and follows top beauty influencers to stay current with the latest trends and techniques.
